Choose the right report, set a comparable period and read metrics in the context they need.

Before you start

Available reports depend on connected sources, user permissions and subscription features.

01

Choose a report for your question

Use Overview to quickly check revenue, profit, orders, overall PNO, paid-channel PNO and top channels or products. Daily performance compares today with yesterday and shows orders, revenue, average order value, marketing costs and PNO by channel. Continue to detailed reports for deeper analysis.

02

Set the period and comparison

Choose the primary period first. When comparing performance, use periods of equal length that are commercially comparable, accounting for working days, seasonality, holidays and campaigns. Remember that today's data is not yet closed.

03

Filters change the whole view

Depending on the project, you can filter by domain, centre or other dimensions. Before interpreting a result, review all active filters and confirm they still match your question when moving between reports. An overly narrow filter can make data appear missing.

04

Read metrics together

Revenue without costs does not show efficiency, and more orders do not necessarily mean more profit. DATIXO uses values excluding VAT and removes cancelled orders and returns from statistics; cash-on-delivery fees and shipping are not included in product revenue and profit. Consider revenue, orders, average order value, marketing costs, PNO and available profit together.

Recommendation

Whenever you share a result, include the project, report name, period and active filters. A screenshot of one number is rarely enough for correct interpretation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why does revenue differ from the store?

Check the same period, time zone, currency, filters and status mapping. DATIXO excludes cancellations and returns and applies its rules for VAT, shipping and cash-on-delivery fees.

Do reports include VAT?

Core DATIXO financial reports use values excluding VAT so revenue and profit better reflect the company's economic result.

Why are today's numbers still changing?

The current day is not closed. Orders, costs and status changes continue to arrive, and some platforms revise data retrospectively.

What is the difference between overall and paid-channel PNO?

Overall PNO compares marketing costs with total store revenue, including organic and direct orders. Paid-channel PNO uses only revenue attributed to paid sources.
