Before you start

Connect an order source first. Marketing costs can be added later, but overall store performance cannot be evaluated without orders.

01

The first import may take longer

After an integration is activated, DATIXO starts loading available history. Processing time depends on data volume, the source service and the history included in your subscription. Individual reports may fill progressively during the import.

02

Distinguish history from data freshness

History determines how far back data is available. Update frequency determines how often new values are added. The current day may therefore differ from the final result, and some advertising platforms adjust historical values retrospectively.

03

What to verify first

Choose a known period and compare order count and revenue with the source store. Then check marketing costs by channel. Small differences may result from time zones, cancellations, VAT, currency or a different last-update time.

04

When data is missing

Check the active project, selected period, filters and integration status. Confirm that the source account contains data and the connected user still has permission. If the issue continues, send support the project name, report, period, filter and expected value.

Recommendation

Run your first check on a short closed period, such as yesterday. Today's values naturally change during the day and may look incomplete.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does the first import take?

It depends on the source, available history and data volume. Judge progress by the integration status and reports filling over time, not by one value alone.

Why is today's data incomplete?

Orders and costs load throughout the day, and advertising platforms may revise values retrospectively. Use a closed day for validation.

Why do values differ from the source system?

Time zone, update time, VAT, currency, order statuses, cancellations or returns can cause differences. Compare the same closed period and filters.
